What are boudoir pictures?

Having trouble thinking of what to get your husband for a wedding gift? Want to shock his socks off? Want to show off all the hard work you’ve put into your body to get ready for your wedding? Boudoir pictures are a newer trend in wedding photography, although their origins go way back to the 17th century in the form of paintings. These photos are not porno. They are taken wearing little or nothing at all, tastefully done with excellent lighting. They are typically done in a suggestive/sexy way, but most women don’t hesitate to show them to their good girlfriends. These photos are a celebration of you as a woman, your confidence, and your body. I will never post your boudoir pictures on my website, or use it in any way for advertising without your expressed approval. These are your private pictures. i shoot on location. which means i’ll come to your home, or the location of your choice – a nude beach for example, or a hotel room if you prefer. Each shoot, like each person, is different. I come to the shoot with unlimited memory, and I am taking photographs constantly. I never set limits on how many photographs you will receive, or how many photographs I am willing to edit. usually a good number is 40-60 edited, final, images that can be viewed in a secure, password protected gallery on my website. Worried you are too self-conscious? If you have ever gotten a massage from a professional masseuse, then you have enough courage to do boudoir photography. You can remain covered if you’d like, or you can bare it all, it’s all up to you. Either way, you will come away with beautiful, artful, sexy pictures, that the soon to be groom will love.
