last weekend i got to shoot with Esther again!  i’m loving getting to be her second shooter, she always finds these absolutely beautiful weddings.  if you’re unfamiliar with the term, ‘second shooter’ it means that Esther was hired by a couple (in this case, Margo and Will) and then she hired me to help her out.  it’s really helpful to have a second shooter for weddings that have difficult timelines, or late at night when you need extra help setting up lighting equipment.  oooorrrr just to share the night with someone else, instead of working solo.  i have SO much fun shooting with Esther, she is amazing to work with.  next year i have a few weddings i’m surely going to need help with and she’s my girl!  it’s nice to have someone to share the load with

Anyway, Margo and Will’s wedding was scrumptious… i will be making a full post later on with all their beautiful details (you should have seen the floral arrangements… they were TO DIE FOR.  the most stunning i’ve seen thus far).  but for now, here is a sneak sneak peak at their ceremony venue- Sacred Heart Cathedral in downtown tampa.  all the women in Margo’s family have been married there, for SIX GENERATIONS. talk about tradition.  and only fitting that she wore her mothers absolutely gorgeous mantilla veil… a veil i’m becoming more and more obsessed with!  and of course, if you want to see more from their wedding, head on over to Esther’s blog where she’s made a full and proper post!

PS:  the flu has hit us here!  we’ve been relegated to the bed with lots of hot tea, unlimited Mickey’s Clubhouse on playhouse disney, and chicken noodle soup.  it’s awful when you’re sick AND your babies are sick, so posting/editing/emailing/christmas card making will resume back to normal in a few days once my little ones are back on their feet. my apologies if you’ve tried to get a hold of me and haven’t had a lot of luck.  we’ll be back soon!
